From day one, we’ve been on a mission to make vegan food accessible to St. Louis and rooted in culture. And now? We’re opening our first brick & mortar in Overland in 2025 — same small-batch vibes and bold taste, now with a permanent home.

Meet Our Founder
Latoya Elnora
Latoya Elnora is a serial entrepreneur, lifelong foodie, and the visionary behind Bougie Bites. She’s not vegan — and she’s not pushing any agendas. But during the pandemic, when late-night cravings hit and options fell flat, Latoya saw a gap in the market. Plant-based food felt either too buttoned-up or too bland, and definitely not built for the culture.
So, she did what she does best: created something dope.
Partnering with a talented chef, she crafted a menu of small-batch, not-so-traditional vegan bites that are bold, approachable, and taste like real food. No guilt here — just good eats and good vibes.
When she’s not building brands, you can find Latoya hopping on a flight, sipping a dirty martini, or exploring new food scenes around the world. Latoya’s vision for Bougie Bites isn’t just a vegan burger joint — but a community, a vibe, and a whole movement.
